Blackwing Eras 2022 Limited Edition Pencils Box of 12

Blackwing contiunues to up the pencil game not only through constant innovation of their line but also by revisiting the iconic pencil that started it all.

The Blackwing Eras 2022 Limited Edition pencil is the third entry in the Eras series that honors Blackwing's heritage with designs inspired by the pencil's unique history. The second entries in the Eras series, the orange and blue Blackwing Palomino, are available in our shop and can be seen above.

This edition has a design that closely references the original including the gold arrow-punched ferrule found on Blackwing pencils in the mid-20th century. Each box includes 12 pencils clad in dark grey with a slight sheen, featuring red erasers and Blackwing's buttery smooth extra-firm graphite.

The original Blackwing was advertised as requiring only a fraction of the usual physical exertion to produce a mark -- HALF THE EFFORT, TWICE THE SPEED -- this slogan is printed in gold on the barrel.
