The Completist applies their artistry to these unique, fantastic tailor's scissors with handles enameled in their "Terrazzo" pattern. Made in Italy, these stunning scissors are crafted in a family-owned factory where they are hand assembled from high carbon steel, then double-plated in chrome over nickel for extra durability. Sharp blades cut smoothly and while they will make quick work of textiles and ribbon, they're great for paper as well. Packaged in a very pretty slide-out box.
