The FAF (Fabrique en France) metal notepad is just the kind of useful elegance your desk needs -- enduring, functional and fabulous looking. First manufactured in the 1920s, it's still made in a Paris workshop built by Gustave Eifflel, a man who was particularly good at building things.  Gold-tone metal fittings, metal backing with rubber dots to prevent slipping, paper fastens securely into the frame with handsome metal screws. Two hundred smooth sheets, micro-perforated for clean and easy removal, refillable.
