The FAF (Fabrique en France) brass notepad is just the kind of useful elegance your desk needs -- enduring, functional and fabulous looking. First manufactured in the 1920s, it's still made in a Paris workshop built by Gustave Eifflel, a man who was particularly good at building things.  Metal fittings, metal backing with rubber dots to prevent slipping, paper fastens securely into the frame with handsome brass screws. Two hundred smooth sheets, micro-perforated for clean and easy removal, refillable.
