Taiyo 730 Vintage Pencil HB

Beautifully printed vintage 730 pencils from Taiyo Pencil Co. Taiyo closed its pencil division many years ago, but happily, though increasingly rare, some of the products they produced there are still around! 

This pencil has smoothly writing HB grade graphite and a comfortably shaped hexagonal barrel that's abundant with elaborate weather-related illustration and kanji writing that presumably explains them.
