Dux Brass Block Single Hole Sharpener is a golden, efficient, durable little tool. Crafted from solid brass, it accommodates standard or oversized pencils (8 mm and 11 mm.) The screw-mounted high-carbon steel blade is long-lasting, sharp and immobile ensuring steady sharpening.

With its ridged sides providing a secure grip, sharpens pencils to a precise medium point. Handles fragile pencils with care which makes it great for sharpening colored pencils. Designed in the early 1900s by T. Paul Mobius of the family that innovated the hand-held sharpener.
